We want to give you freedom. Our apartments provide you and your family or friends with the flexibility to create a splendid holiday. You will feel like you are living in your own four walls without having to think about annoying duties.

In case you don’t want to eat out every day and night, all apartments are provided with a small kitchen, equipped with the necessary tools. It’s your choice. Have a cosy breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the view.

The sleeping area is located in the upper part of the maisonette what leads your sleep to new heights.

Please note, that we offer our apartments in different styles. At our location “Schindlhaus Alpin” (Gänsleit 11) we offer apartments with a light interior design with direct view on our backyard mountain, the Hohe Salve. At our site “Koia Premium” (Dorf 134) in central location, we offer  modern apartments. Our modern apartments have different creative interior designs for which we chose different woods in bright browns. You can book them directly here on our website. Our classic apartments “Schindlhaus” are held in our traditional Schindlhaus style which is defined by elegant darker wood elements. Latter are exclusively offered through various tour operators like Aldi/Hofer-Reisen or Eurotours.
